Every item in the shop is made through a vetted supplier. Here’s how we tier them.

Union Standard

Union Standard

Our highest tier. Goods are produced to the strongest labor and environmental standards we’ve verified — certified materials, rigorous sourcing. This is the UU default.

Union Approved

Union Approved

Our vetted second tier. These goods meet our minimum labor and environmental requirements — reviewed and acceptable, not our gold standard. Lower price point, clearly labeled.

Shipping, returns, production timing.

Shipping

Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. You’ll get tracking by email as soon as it’s scanned in. Some items are made/embroidered to order and can take longer (see Production timing below).

Shipping policy

Returns

If something’s not right, we’ll make it right. Returns are accepted on unworn items in original condition within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise noted. Digital downloads aren’t returnable.

In stock items ship on the standard window. Made / embroidered items take additional time before shipping. If a product page lists a longer lead time, that’s the source of truth for that item.
