Umbrella Union Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Umbrella Union goods as much as we loved creating them. Because most of our apparel pieces are crafted with premium, GOTS-certified organic materials and a mindful approach to production, here is how we handle returns and exchanges:

The 30-Day Window You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

Keep It Fresh To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. (Trying it on at home is completely fine; wearing it out for the weekend is not!)

Exchanges & Store Credit Getting the right fit is important. If you need a different size or prefer a different design, we are happy to process an exchange or issue store credit so you can find exactly what you want.

Returns for a Refund If things simply don't work out, we can issue a refund to your original payment method for items returned in new condition. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Defective or Damaged Items (The "Photo Fix") Because our items are made on-demand, occasional hiccups in the printing or manufacturing process can happen—whether it is an off-center graphic, an embroidery issue, or a rogue hole in a seam. If your item arrives defective, that is entirely on us. You do not need to mail the item back. Simply email us a clear photo of the defect, and we will immediately get a free replacement into production for you or issue a full refund.

How to Start a Return, Exchange, or Defect Claim Simply email us at umbrellaunionllc@gmail.com with your Order Number and let us know how we can help (if it is a defect, be sure to attach that photo!). We will reply with next steps. Our typical response time is within 24 hours.
