Shipping, returns, production timing.

Shipping

Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. You’ll get tracking by email as soon as it’s scanned in. Some items are made/embroidered to order and can take longer (see Production timing below).

If something's not right, we'll make it right. Returns are accepted on unworn items in original condition within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise noted.

In stock items ship on the standard window. Made / embroidered items take additional time before shipping. If a product page lists a longer lead time, that’s the source of truth for that item.
