Shipping policy

Every physical item in our store is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. When you place an order, production begins — and that takes time.

Shipping costs: Orders shipped within the U.S. and Canada ship free — no minimum. International orders are charged shipping at checkout; any customs duties or import fees assessed on arrival are the customer's responsibility (see International orders below).

Production time: 2–7 business days, depending on the item and our print/manufacturing partners. This window comes before shipping, not instead of it. It is not a delay — it is how made-to-order works. The wait is intentional: it means your item was made for you, not pulled from a pile of unsold stock.

Domestic shipping (U.S. & Canada): Once your order ships, carrier transit typically takes 3–5 business days. We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the item and destination. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment partner.

Digital goods: Downloads and streaming access are delivered immediately after purchase. No production window, no shipping time.

International orders: Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping is charged at checkout. Transit times vary by destination and are outside our control. Your country may assess customs duties and import fees on arrival; those charges are your responsibility and are not included in our prices.
